Highly recommend Arium!! I moved in about a month ago & it was a great decision! Victoria, the leasing agent, is truly the best person ever! After touring multiple apartments and condos it was Victoria’s personality and helpfulness along with the beautiful apartment & property, that made the decision so easy. Maintenance is always very quick when I put in a request. The emergency maintenance is also extremely responsive, even on weekends! Overall, I highly recommend Arium & ask for Victoria!!

I been living there for like a year now great place to live very quiet and the water view from my unit a plus looking forward to sign my lease for another year . Victoria in the office always helpful and friendly always willing to help with everything keeps up the good work .
