Both of my boys have seen Dr.Saadeh for ear tubes, and we have another surgery for tonsils on my two year old coming up! He’s always super engaging, extremely thorough, overall just kind and understanding! It’s always a enjoyable experience, and I know my kiddos are in the best care!

Overall, we have been very unhappy with the service we've received at Cook's Children's ENT. I've been taking my child there since he was an infant, and before it changed over to Cook's Children's ENT the service was pretty top notch. However, I can no longer say that. The front staff is disorganized and often hangs up on me when I've been waiting on hold for service. Their billing department doesn't understand how to bill HSA cards, and so we continued to receive late notices on payments months after we scanned our HSA card. The wait times to see the doctor when we have the first appointment of the day can often be over an hour in length. And that's to say nothing of the fact that my son has been suffering from swollen tonsils and adenoids for over a year with no change in symptoms - they don't even know what's causing it. They keep throwing random treatments at us to try and then not responding when they ask us to follow up by email in his online chart if they treatments are not working. I emailed the Dr. Brenski in February to let her know that treatments are not working and never heard back - this is honestly unacceptable when dealing with a child who may end up with permanent vocal cord damage. They also do not update charts with detailed information about visits, making it very hard to update a new or followup doctor on what transpired. We are taking our son elsewhere going forward.

My son has had so many swallowing issues with no answers but Dr. L. Cunningham and her nurse Cathy Petersen.. Have been truly exceptional. Dr. Cunningham took her time and explained things and was open to the idea of having further consultations... Cathy called to check on my son and I had more questions and she took the time to call me back and go over everything with me. I honestly feel so much better about his care with these 2 wonderful.. Caring women looking out for my son.

We love Dr. Honsinger. When you are in the room with her she is amazing. The office staff is horrible and getting any type of communication or response is ridiculous. The Cooks system converted to Mr Chart. You are supposed to be able to email your nurse. This clinic has not yet elected to participate and so you are forced to call. My pedi said my child needs to be seen in the next 48 hours. She's an established patient. I was on hold 1 hour and 8 minutes to have the phone answered and be told I needed to be placed on a brief hold. I was hung up on. I called back and waited another 55+ minutes (I have screen shots to verify this.) and finally got an answer. I told her NOT to place me on hold. I explained the situation and that I had left 2 messages with the nurse. I told her that my pedi's nurse waited on hold over 30 minutes with no response. Her answer was come in May 3. I told her no, it couldn't wait that long. She said she was transferring me to the nurse and you guessed it, I got hung up on. I love Cooks and my child sees 11 specialists there. This is not the Cooks care or service they are known for.
