After 26 years, from childhood to my young adult years, I have finally had it with this clinic. Doctors are amazing and knowledgeable, nurses are helpful, but their receptionists and office staff are rude, commit HIPAA violations, have lack of attention to detail, and overall turn people away from this office. It is sad that their office staff is the only reason this clinic is having its downfall. To Dr. Guevara, thank you for all the times you’ve helped me. I hope you see this and many other reviews and understand that your office employees ruin your clinic.

I have not been, but my sister loves the place, I have been looking for a provider, so she highly recommend them, I see a lot of negative comments regarding the receptionist, is she still there? : /

Today I had a very bad experience at this clinic where I am supposed to have my family doctor speak for an appointment (obviously I was in poor health) to which they could not attend me because supposedly my symptoms were similar to those of Covid 19, they said that at that time they could NOT attend me if perhaps until 2 in the afternoon or another day WHICH I NEEDED THAT SERVICE which was denied for the reasons mentioned above I had to find another place where they would attend to me and for this reason the receptionist was upset with me and told me that They were going to put me in the SYSTEM SO THAT THEY WOULD NOT CARE ME IN ANOTHER CLINIC OR ANYWHERE, (I felt very bad and I was NOT treated so one has to find where to heal to be well) and that is why they want to put me in the SYSTEM SO THAT THEY DO NOT ATTEND ME ANYWHERE OTHERWISE, very bad with what they do 👎👎👎👎
