To get 2 shots of vaccines, have to wait 3 hours, seriously? Appointment given at 9:30AM, arrived at 9:12AM and got the shots at 12:12PM. I do not understand this kind of management.

I waited for 3 hours outside In the heat just so they can say they called my phone which I did not receive not one call and skipped my son. My son was having shortness of breath and a lot of congestion I had to call the ambulance myself because the office manager said I was being over dramatic loud and that my child will not be seen all because I asked if we could Waite in side I didn’t mind having to Waite another hour or two but not outside in the heat and my son having shortness of breath. I understand covid is getting out of hand but nobody’s child should be denied services especially a 4 year old which I been a pt here myself for over 10 years this was the most scary and frustrating experience I ever had first time I ever saw this office manager. I don’t understand how someone can be so cruel especially when we show up early with our children waited 3 hours and still did not get seen. I never had a problem in this clinic before but will not be returning due to office manager denying my 4 year old son.

I have been taking my kids to this location for more than 11 years. I have had to pay out of pocket but Wednesday and Thursday are reduced costs (49.00), for now. I have known different doctors to practice at this location. ALWAYS SWEET. DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT WALK IN WELCOME. Expect to wait at least 4 hours on busy days.. If you show up before they open and wait outside it would be the best option. Usually out in 2 hours max. The office ladies are nice, sweet, and bilingual, if you speak Spanish.
