I have been a patient since 2014. I had surgery on my left shoulder as well as both of my hands have fractures:. Why should I have to go to the e Emergency Room to get my shoulder drained. My answer was “you can take a shot at waiting for 3-5 hours. The surgeon that wrecked my arm quit and to Texas Health after lying to me about the nerve test. I’m physically in pain so I’m going to the E.R.

Depends on who you're wanting from. Best to call ahead and ask office
Around on the side
Yes they are doing labs and x-rays.
No urgent care is located at the main campus 1500 s main
You can get JPS connection
You can make the appointment online. Generally you can get it same day.
I'm not quite sure they do extraction in that clinic, it wouldn't hurt to ask the office. Best of luck!
Yes they always seem to be constant. But I have never had to wait long and I have been going there for 4 years.
8:am
I think they open at 7:30 am. But you need to check in at the front desk first.
I think it takes two visits and its like $27 per visit. I think the dentist is only there in Monday's .
No, you don't need an appointment. If you saw a Dr that same day, you don't need to check in, just go to Lab area and take a number. However, if you didn't, check in with the receptionist, then go back and take a number, have a seat until your number pops up for blood work, or wait for Mr Bobby in X-Ray, no number needed.
No but they have a secondary insurance. Ask about it. It helps out a lot
Depends on the number you are calling and what type of information you are seeking. Some numbers, you might think you are speaking to the clinic but it is actually the hospital, so they are transfering you to a person not knowing if they are off or busy. The folks working the front desk are very limit in what they can help you with. If you are asking about medical care, test results, prescriptions etc they can't help you and can only transfer you to the person that can access that information. You should also keep in mind that most of the building closes from 12am to 1pm for lunch so you probably won't have much luck speaking to a person during that hour. If you are transfered to medical staff be aware that it can be difficult to take phonecalls while they are seeing patients. Your best bet is to leave a message. I have always had good luck getting called back the same day.
