I love working out at the downtown Omaha OT! The coaches and staff are great and the workouts are challenging and fun. With a different workout daily it never gets boring and you don't plateau.

My husband and I are members since 2021 summer. We started our journey with a free class and at the end of the class we were hooked. Over the months, we had covid on different times and one of us got injured but they were kind enough to freeze our accounts on those several occasions. (Maybe over 4 times) I have enjoyed every single challange I participated. I have been working out in different ways regularly since 2018 and have worked with a private personal trainer before, however, with orange theory I am at my fittest. I can say they offer the most effective workout model (Even though I am doing the bare minimum). Thank you all the coaches at downtown location and to Tomas for being so good on customer satisfaction level!

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.

How much does it cost a month

Ryan Bartee | Oct 9, 2020
Drew Chamberlain | Oct 9, 2020

$59 for 1 class a week (4 per month), $99 for 2 classes per week (8 per month), and $159 for unlimited. If you have one of the lower tiers you can add a class for around $12. This sounds expensive, but keep in mind every class is a 1 hour session that is designed and coached by professionals. Class sizes are kept small enough so every person gets individual attention. Worth the cost when compared to a personal trainer, and you will see far better results than winging it on your own in a gym.
