Worked on my mother's house in Millard, got paid by the Insurance. Could not get ahold of him, would not return calls. Horrible workmanship. Had to use another contractor. Should be a "zero star", stay away. Unprofessional and shady work practice.

After a vicious wind and hail storm in my area of Omaha, my home was missing shingles, the garage doors and gutters/down spouts were damaged as well as my deck railing. I contacted Jim and he responded Immediately, did an on-site survey during which time he walked my roof, marking ever single spot where hail had hit it ( dimpled ) and caused damage along with identifying missing shingles. Jim then did a complete exterior assessment, looking at decking, gutters, lighting, doors etc. Before he left, I had a complete list of the extent of the total damages caused by the storm. This was the most amazing part of Jim’s customer service, after I turned in my claim to State Farm, he met with the insurance representative ( from Texas) at my house and accompanied him on the roof and during the exterior walk around, often correcting the Rep and ensuring that he understood Nebraska/County construction codes and the scope of my damages. Once I was ready for the repair work, I called on Jim again and he was able to put together a complete “ team” which replaced my roof , down spouts, painted my deck and other things associated with my claim. I received an absolutely beautiful roof completed with Architectural Shingles, making my house look years newer. Jim’s crews showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up before they left. He also did my neighbors roof after they saw mine and after my strong recommendation. He is a great guy, a construction expert that’s very friendly and very patient, I ask a lot of questions. As a 24 year USAF veteran, I found him very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I strongly recommend him for your roofing and construction needs. Charlie C, USAF SMSgt (retired)

Great advocates when my insurance company sent a stingy adjustor, they know their stuff! Great customer service, good educators, they always get my business.

Very knowledgeable about the insurance paperwork. I was relieved that they took care of everything for me. Jim's crew completed my roof in one day and cleaned up the whole area very well. I have used other local roofing companies and was not happy. I was impressed with Jim's Roofing and will use them again.
