I love Jimmy John’s. Great food when it’s done right. Worst thing I could say is the inconsistency. On occasion the sandwiches are not exact. The chips and cookies are excellent. If you’ve never eaten at a Jimmy John’s then what are you waiting for? Go!!

Disappointed. I usually love jimmy johns, tonight was different. Asked for extra hot peppers and ended up getting none at all.

Ordered sandwhich and a cookie for delivery. First i noticed my cookie that I paid for wasnt there. I called and she said you want your cookie? Yes I would like my cookie. She advised they were short staffed but would send it out. Then I went to eat my sandwich had mustard and I did not order it with mustard. 4 hours later no cookie . I called the shop they said they would credit my account a cookie immediately. 4 hours later it still has not been credited . I paid for the full order didn't recieve the full order and it was incorrect. Very dissapointed
