I called just to ask a question, and this guy is extremely knowlegable, friendly, willing to share his experience and everything else that is good. Billions of stars

It is a one of a kind store. If you need an accordian or concertina fixed or you want to purchase one that is where to go.

I came to share a technical problem on an accordion which was under warranty, and ask owner's opinion on whether this could be fixed or not. He basically just wanted to avoid spending time on it and did not even listen the problem. His behavior and comments were rude and unwelcoming, while he had been very friendly before I buy the accordion.

Well... I brought my fathers Horner there for repair. After 2 months Kim returned me the instrument basically without any exterior repair and said that he was fixing the engine, not the paint. From and estimate of 350 to 450, I was charged 505 dollars and after explaining my disappointment and frustration he said I could stop later for another 5 min repair on the fabric who is broken. If you spent that much time to fix the instrument, what would be anther 5 minutes to give me an instrument visually restored too? I feel tricked and frustrated for trying to support local business and leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. I find it important to write this down here so if someone else needs an instrument restored they make sure to understand the expectations . If Mr Kim is serious on showing some love to me and my instrument I would be willing to bring it back to complete the service.

It can probably be fixed but not by an accordion repair place. Electronics repair places would probably be a better bet.
I do restoration and repair and have a large inventory of parts.
It depends why it is stuck, and what make it is since there can be many reasons it is stuck. $50-225.
We typically do not rent, We do have a 75% trade in. If you are just learning this allows you to trade up or trade for a different instrument as you learn.
Unfortunately Rolland has never been forthcoming in giving me information on repairing these. This guy does this sort of work though and may be able to help you. http://www.caesound.com/
Yes we do repairs and we can pack instruments for shipping. We could arrange to ship the accordion for you.
