I have had nothing but good experiences with Security Public Storage in Pinole. I just moved to the area and was seeking a new storage unit. The staff is amazing: helpful, polite and professional. They were helpful choosing the right unit for me. They were amazingly fast at responding to my questions. The facility is immaculate. Their Covid precautions were spot on. They assisted my cross country movers with the process of moving my belongings into my personal storage unit. The facility feels safe for both my belongings stored there and myself going there. It is clear that the managers take great pride in customer service and in the facility itself. I would highly recommend this facility.
