Been coming here for years, & even after the manager change this place is terrible at customer service. Left my car here for an oil change, they promised I’d be a few hours. It’s been 25 hours & they told me it was ready yet no one ever did an actual oil change on it. PLEASE AVOID. We’d rather drive to the Concord or Benicia location

I've been a loyal customer for years and this is the worst experience with service I've ever had with this company. I dropped my car off at 8:30AM to get 1 tire fixed for a flat! Didn't receive a call until about 4pm telling me that it's going to have to stay over night because they had to special order my tires. Didn't get to pick up my car until 1:30pm the next day. I talked with the manager and told me they had addressed the issue at 9:30-10am the day I dropped my car off. Completely dissatisfied with the lack of communication this company offers it's costumers.

T hooked me up on my tires. 4 new with alignment and balance/mounting plus had a deal on a set of the best white walls around. Walked out of there spending less than 400 for it all. Plus a free rotation and balancing I can use whenever I need it.

I brought my truck in here for a tire repair. They said it would be 3 hrs. I went home took the tire off truck. Brought it to them. 6 hrs later there ready to close and they still didn’t have my tire fixed. It’s a 20 min. Job. But I guess there not making money on repairs. They don’t care how much money I lost by not having my work truck in operation. I guess they don’t remember that I have spent thousands of dollars here. On tires. Rims. Alignments. Shocks. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. Big O pinole. Totally left me hanging.
