Bought the "best" tire as recommended by sales 'Armadillo by Specialized' and the back tire got worn out in less than 3 months and when I went to change it again I was told that it's my riding habits. I do ride a lot but previous tires in potholes of SF lasted me a year. Bought another tire same brand and I just had to change it again as it got worn out from the side (photos attached) 3 tires in less than 5 months.

Have been a good customer for last year and loved older gal that was so helpful. Went today to get new tire- the guys in the back were good. Then needed a new seat and shoes. The 2 kids and gal at front were to busy laughing and chatting amongst themselves to help us- there were obviously ignoring us and no one was in the store! I addressed this with them and they stopped helping us to answer new questions from someone who just walked in. It was horrible service- those kids should get lessons on customer service. I own a company and if it were my business I would have been horrified to see how they treated customers and really don’t care a bit about Mike’s Bikes- poor Mike to settle for such bad workers!
