I have been using UPS Store #4414 on Bridgeway in Sausalito for years. Evan and his team are incredibly helpful and have saved me both time and money on numerous occasions (both for personal and professional use). I'm always greeted cheerfully and appreciate the quick and exemplary service. Evan and Carl always remember me and grab my deliveries for me when I walk in the door. I am very appreciative of the reliable service I receive and highly recommend this store to everyone.

First Class: We have used this site for years...as a rule, employees come and go. Good News: There is a New Owner! Phew. Great staff: especially Carl, the calm, wise, professional stayed. He is the reason we return for all our shipping needs. Met the new owner :very nice guy.

This UPS store charges $2 just to print! The guy at the front said this was a charge per the owner. So, being a Sausalito resident I drove to the Corte Madera UPS store instead where everyone I’ve encountered is FRIENDLY and there is no service fee of $2.00 just to send a document to print (of course there is a .12c per b&w page to print, but even in Sausalito that charge is stated on the printer, yet the guy told me a different price). If so, CHANGE THE COST LISTING PRICE ON THE PRINTER. The owner price gauges, and for that I refuse to stop in to this place and use their service again. FedEx In Sausalito doesn’t have this $2.00 service charge either, so if you need something printed, go to FEDEX down the road by Mollie Stones (and everyone at this location is friendly too). There’s too much competition in the world to lose business because of unfriendliness and charging ridiculous fees.

Minor problems with some of the staff doing their jobs lead to a discussion with Martin, the owner. His approach to customer service can be summed up as bully and condescend to female clients and threaten male clients with sabotage of mail and termination of contract. Needless to say we won't be using this UPS Store again.
