I have used the ER a few times and it’s awesome but today I had an appointment at the radiology department I went to the front desk and the lady was ready to leave and two other people were behind the desk. I guess it’s her kid and maybe boyfriend. She handed me a clipboard and told me to have a seat in the breezeway , I asked her again where she pointed and said there, she and the kids walked right by me on the way to the parking lot 30 minutes went by and finally someone asked me my name she had been looking for me I told her I was told twice to wait there She said she was sorry I was placed in the breezeway and didn’t know why. I told her that she was taking to the two people that was behind her deck that where not employed by centra but yet they could see personal information How I am waiting again for them to come get me to do the test After talking to some people in here my appointment time was before them but because they lost me by placing me in a breezeway they were taken care of 1st

I always have difficulty with some of the staff and it is mostly the political bull that the policy pushers put out and the fact that no one seems to care why your even there. This time they sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy even after a asked the to let me find out what pharmacy I can use now being that I am a Military veteran. Everything keeps changing for us like they want to stop using the health care they promised to provide us. Then they would not fix it and said I would have to fix it. The pharmacy would not even fix the problem after I called. We had to call the right pharmacy and wait for them to fix the problem all because the ER could not listen to me.

Terrible emergency room! I was there yesterday and waiting 5 hours everyone who go their after me went before me. I told them what was wrong with me and I have been dealing with it for years well when I go back he acted like I didn’t know what I was talking About. Just because I’m pregnant doesn’t mean I shouldn’t get the same care as I would if I wasn’t. Roanoke memorial would have gave me so much more care and listen to me. I will never in my life go there ever again. I will be calling patient advocate to complain. There is more that the doctor said that I’m highly upset about. I actually walked out of my room and left the hospital.
