Nope, not at all. But it's well worth it. It's a nice clean place with restrooms and showers. .. we were literally there just a few weeks ago I have no idea what these people are talking about day use only we spent nine days there not for free but yeah.

So a bunch of uptight rich people who live in the area got upset over all the homeless people camping there and lobbied to turn it in to a day use only area like it was their own private beach

Sad to say, no more free camping. Was awesome place to camp. Beach worth it!

There use to be a place there at the end of the road. Where the water is, but they changed it into a day use only park, now.
