I'm not sure about the main bathroom showers get locked but the shower in the bathroom in the campground loop are always open if the campground is open.
They close at 10 pm open at 7 am
I don't know , but with all the homeless nearby I'm sure they close them , they like to break things ,
They do lock them. They open them at certain hours and I'd be lying to you if I said I could list them.
Two years ago when I was there camping they closed at ten pm and open at six am give or take a half hour
No I do t think they close them as long as the camp ground is open
