Terrible customer service - they acted like I was an inconvenience to them. We had a tire issue with our rental car and were told to go this location for a car exchange. When we arrived, we had to go get the tire fixed on our own anyway. What a waste of time on our vacation.

I called enterprise on March 31st to see if they had any compact vehicles available. They said yes but they close at 5:00 pm. I asked them what did I need and how much would it be. They told me the price so I got the money and put it in my bank. When I got there, there was no compact cars available so they gave me something else for the same price. Then they told me that I needed a 200 deposit on top of the payment. I did not have it until the first. They let me take the vehicle anyways. On the first is when I was suppose to come back but the funeral was a lot longer and was not able to be back at enterprise before the closed. So I payed for another day. They also took out the 200 deposit at the same time. I was suppose to be back Saturday but was unable to make it on that day. With enterprise being closed on Saturday I could not call them and let them no what was going on. When I came back on Sunday I had a severe panick attack to where I was in the hospital. So my son turned in the vehicle for me. With a full tank and cleaned. I never got my 200 deposit back and never got an explanation why I didn't. Sincerely disappointed customer.

Contacted this office to get assistance on adding a driver. I’m an enterprise plus member and have been for many years. I used to work at an Enterprise in this location, Eugene, and Bend Oregon. I have never experienced so much disrespect and horrible customer service on a call as I did on 7/8/21 at 430 pm. I seriously hope the district office looks into this office and their lacking customer service, which is the backbone of Enterprise Rent a Car, and something the brand prides itself with. Would avoid renting from this office until new management is in place.
