Tried to call customer service and there was a 15 minute wait time, which is fine. Call immediately dropped when they picked up. Called again right after with a 20 minute wait time hoping for a different result. Call dropped immediately again. Horrible customer service. How are we, the customers, supposed to get helped if we’re out of town?

I have had more disappointments recently with the same entity; the Coos Bay-North Bend Water Board. After sending in a payment to clear my account balance with this company last month, I have received an aggressive and uncomfortable inappropriate bill in March, 2019. Unfortunately for me and other customers, this stubborn company continues to bill me every month for an erroneous late charge not removed!

Been dealing with them for a few years, never had any problems. Water prices are cheaper through CBNBWB than nearly anywhere else in the state. They now have online bill pay, but honestly how difficult is it to mail a check in on time? Anyone who is an adult should be able to do that.
