Live on three fenced acres with a long driveway. I have dogs and keep the gate closed. The post office expects me to keep the gate open all day when there is delivery scheduled. Yesterday they delivered mail at 4PM and I missed a package again. They will not leave a package at the gate like UPS.

There's nothing like needing your package and when they deliver mail to your door not having it. Then you receive an email stating that they were unable to deliver because either your front door or driveway was not accessible. It's not due to some off their employees that can actually do their job amazingly. This is based off not once or twice but a cycle that continues of one or two employees who are lazy.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient! USPS is by far the best delivery business there is. I support 100%. Also try informed delivery on your phone it's extremely helpful.

I order from Amazon frequently and have not had any issues receiving packages until recently. I know mistakes happen, but twice in two weeks, my package was delivered to the wrong address. The first time I called, the gentleman I spoke with was able to find out where it was delivered. I received it the next day. Today, I got a notification stating my package was delivered, but again no package. The person that it was delivered to actually called me (I guess that's a good reason to have your number listed) to tell me he received a package. He lived on the next street over. It's a little frustrating knowing that when I order from Amazon now, I may or may not get my deliveries.
