I’m wanting to have my sons second birthday party at this park. I saw there is a pavillion and do you have to reserve it or is it first come first serve and also are you allowed to rent a small bounce house and put it somewhere out of the way.

You can use any of the pavilions or picnic areas on a first come, first served basis. They do not allow bounce houses at Collins Park but there are many different playground areas.

Definitely first come first serve. I've used it a couple of times.

I pretty sure they are on a first come first serve basis. Not having investigated the situation I'm no expert. It sure wouldn't hurt to find out. Whatever you do, enjoy the party!
