My dad use to take us there when we were kids to cool off , it was freezing & we stayed cool the rest of the day .... I’m 75 yrs. old now & never had any serious illnesses & neither have any of my siblings. We’re all over 70 now. Did not know it still existed & is now a land mark where people can go & get water from now , wow !! How time has changed things.
Has anyone been healed of diabetes?
Jessie Gooding, that I know of, it does not heal diabetes. My father in law has consumed the water for years; long before he developed diabetes. One of his friends has it as well - the water doesn't help. Sorry. :( The main benefit of the water, aside from the area which many believe to be sacred, is the mineral content.
No
It got a small stream you can put your feet in.
It has a small stream in a small clearing of local woods.. Stream at best is at ankles..
Nope....but my daughter did wiggle her toes in the water and loved it 💘
There are snakes around, so just be careful if you're wading.
There's a stream where you can wade. It's mostly ankle deep but depending on recent weather, it can be more than knee deep. There's at least one spot that can be squishy and feel like quick mud. It is a wooded area so be mindful of snakes and other wildlife (especially if no one else is around when you arrive), they appreciate the cool, clear water too.
It depends on what you mean. Is there a place that man made for kids to wade in? No. Is there a shallow stream that anyone can wade in? Yes; allthough getting into the water may not be a great idea based on temprature and water levels. I sometimes do when I visit, the water is usually about a foot to two feet deep.
