I actually asked when I was there. Unless you know someone who is willing to ship water to you (and it will be expensive since it will be heavy) you need to go in person and plan on getting LOTS of jugs of water to bring back Take your own containers and fill as any as you wish
It's best you travel with someone to get it yourself unless you know someone that live there you can trust.
I'm not sure if they deliver water to individuals, but they do allow you to collect as much water as you like.
You have to collect the water in person I don't think they allow it to be mailed in the regular mail you may call the local shop and see if there's some way or some service that could handle that type of delivery but it would probably be quite expensive
Maybe someone can purchase a jug from the nearby store and ship it to you.
Water is so heavy, but there is a little shop nearby that keeps some jugs of it. Not sure if they have online/ mail order or not.
