What's the average wait time if you go around 7-7:30 on a Saturday? I expect a long wait, just getting a feel for how long.

Very hard to say as we have no idea how busy we will be each night. I can tell you most customers get her early. I am the owner and cook I have not cooked past 9:15 in well over a year. I wish I could give you an answer.

I was twice at about this time. First time we got in very fast,the second time it was almost 40 min. I'd recommend to avoid it 🙂
