Had a great meal with a bunch of friends. Wait staff was very nice. Began with the soup and salad bar which was a good start and for the main course I chose the queen cut prime rib which you can see by the photo is anything but small. Plenty for leftovers the next day.

Drinks and food were great. Service was warm, welcoming and consistent. Bluegill (pictured) was good. Only small disappointmemt was in the serving size of the potatoes puffs. Seems like everyone that ordered fries or skins got a heaping pile and puffs you only get 6 that are the size of a green olive. It would be nice to get the self service salad bar back but I get it with covid and everything lingering. I just imagine the 3-4 employees working the salad bar could be so much more useful being utilized as servers or busers.

This is the go to for us. It's a hard choice between Black Otter and the Pine Tree but man the black otter does steaks like no one else. I ended up trying the ribs and holy cow where they good and HUGE. The half rack is big the full is a beast. You won't be disappointed from the food to the staff you'll get nothing but the best.

No, its first come first serve. They take your name, give you a number and the waitstaff will take your order before you're seated. Once a table is ready you are seated.

We do not take reservations. You will register with our host or hostess when you arrive.
Very hard to say as we have no idea how busy we will be each night. I can tell you most customers get her early. I am the owner and cook I have not cooked past 9:15 in well over a year. I wish I could give you an answer.
The menus are marked as market price fir most of the steak and lobster foods, due to price changes being so often.

Yes. Best time to go in when they open. Place gets packed incredibly fast.
