Is this dog park completely fenced in? What does it cost to use this dog park? Are there any other dog parks in the area that are completely fenced & if so do you know what they cost to use?

The Hammertime park on State Street and the Rockford Canine Corners on Lyford require a fee tag to use the facilities. Both are fenced in and the 2019 early renewal i think for Canine was $45 for residents. I go early and its not busy.

Elliot dog park is completely fenced in. It is one of three dog parks run by Rockford Park District. Annual fee for residents is $45. Day passes are $5. Dogs must be fixed and have valid rabies tag. https://www.rockfordparkdistrict.org/caninecorners/

I defer to Mark Lindstrom. I'm not familiar with the Hammertime Dog Park. I knew the fee for dogs from the Park District had increased, but I no longer have my dog. For people with dogs that are visiting Rockford, I would contact the Winnebago County Park District for Rules & Fees for Dogs to use the Dog Parks in Rockford.
