If I could, I'd give ZERO stars. The service, or lack thereof, is horrible. Our cat, Annabelle, was 18 years old and started having grand mal seizures approx. every 4 hours. I called Auburn Animal Clinic because this is where we adopted her from. We were told there was a 3 week wait and would be charged $200.00 to put Annabelle down. The receptionist had the gall to ask if I wanted to set an appt to have Annabelle put down. REALLY?!?! This receptionist actually expected us to let our beloved cat through grand mal seizures for 3 weeks, then charge us $200.00. CRUEL BEYOND WORDS!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

What a wonderful group of true animal lovers❤️. Although we had to say goodbye to our sweet little Rex the rat, we trust they did all they could. And we are so thankful to have a local vet that was happy to see both our ratties. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Booked my dog an initial appointment with them today at 10 a.m. I'm currently here at the facility that appears to be closed. After calling multiple times like the door instructs us to do for appointments and leaving a voicemail; no one has come. If the appointment was canceled a call prior to the initial appointment should have been made to either cancel or reschedule. This just shows that they only value their time and not yours.

Dr. Holms and her staff here were amazing with our two 11 week old puppies. I called them because one of the stools was a little concerning to me. They told me that their next appointment would be Monday but she wanted to discuss with the Dr. first to see what she thought I was in hold for a little bit. Then she told me to bring them both in for an exam and to test their stool. As soon as we got there we were greeted and checked in. Then brought back to a room shortly afterwards. They were very accommodating with both pups. They ran the fecal tests and the pups ended up having a parasites. So they told us the prices for the medicines and also the 2nd set of shots so we could decide. The waiting room and patient room was very clean. The staff were super nice and prices were reasonable. I will definitely bring them back along with our 3 year old pup. Thank you Dr. Holms and Staff for caring for our pups and making sure they are healthy!

I'm not sure about you mousey fur baby, but they are reasonable and will do all they can to help. They are caring, compassionate people and your mouse will have the best of care. Good luck.
Did you question them about the extra charges on your bill?
You would have to call them?
If you are below the income of what they are asking. You go and pay for their shots. Then you take a paystub, if you have one to the Winnebago County Animal shelter. They will give you a voucher that you take back to Auburn Animal Hospital. They will spay or neuter for the amount of the voucher. But you have to make sure that the animal is updated on their shots.
It really depends on your pet. Call them and ask over the phone
No Auburn Animal clinic won't work with you at all I'm afraid. They have worked with people in the past and they didnt pay as they said they would. So they can't do it anymore. You could get in touch with Paws they help animals in need. You can see what they suggest or you can call Noah's Ark Animal Hospital. If you have good credit you can get a card called care credit.
I think it's around $30
How is that a question ? Sometimes it's a simple case of too little too late. This probably would have happened no matter where she took her bird. An explanation may be in order. Ask them what happened.
You can get your dog a rabies vaccination but I'm not sure if you'll need some type of exam if you haven't been there before. They are a GREt bunch of
I'm fairley sure they do, but I'm not positive. They are a group of wonderful, caring people. Call them and ask, if they don't they probably know someone who does. Have you tried Noah's Ark or P.A.W.S.? Good luck!
I raised rats in the past, sounds like to me she probably has cancer. Not sure how old she is, but mine never lived past 2 years. Hope I can help. I never took mine to vet, they were breed for my sons pet snake he had.
