Mary was great and helped me understand the process and timeline for the repair job. While their shop was booked 3 months out, Steve did his best to fit me in the schedule and get me taken care of. Angel did an amazing job keeping me informed and updated throughout the repair process. Thanks to Matt, I was able to pick my car up with it looking like it just came off the lot. I was stunned with how great of a job he did. I can't emphasize enough how high of a standard is held for the work done by these people. When I next have the misfortune of needing repairs, I have no doubt that I will look here to get them taken care of.

Took 3 tries for them to return our car. First time edges of the bumper and hatch weren’t painted. Service writer said it was because it’s a difficult spot to paint… well it was painted when I was rear ended… Second time the backup collision avoidance system wasn’t working properly. Whoever is inspecting work before customers are called is being paid too much

I had an appointment for over a month and the day i was to bring it in .i got a call from the shop and i called them back to find out why they calledback and they said it was to confirm the appt. So i brought it in and they came out and told me they had to cancel my appt they could not do it after having an appt over 1 month so i will never take my business there again
