Not your typical O'Reilly Auto Parts store. From the moment you walk in, the people that work there have such great personalities you can almost forget why you're there. Questions answered in such a way you don't feel stupid. Helpful and knowledgeable wrapped in a good vibe. I don't dred auto part store anymore. Thanks guys!

Sometimes have to wait but they are all very knowledgeable and don't mind helping me put on the windshield wipers!

Having a hard time getting parts. Didn't appreciate the help telling me the part on my rig was wrong. I didn't like having to bring it in and show them how wrong they were. It seems the program they use for parts is the culprit.

I had purchased brake pads and found I didn't need them. I had my receipt so returning them was quick and easy.

They usually won't bother you. As long as you don't pull up to the front door. And start disassembling your engine right out front. Also don't play your radio. It's always good to stay low key. Play it cool and you'll be ok.
Same as most retail establishments, the one difference is checking out. The counter space is separated from the customer by a rope for social distancing. It's not a hassel by any means.
Tammy, I don't work there. But there is several things that "control" a auto ac system. If you fan motor still works. And blows air out of the vents at the seperate speeds. Then that speed switch and fan motor sound good. If the heater - ac control buttons in that dash panel work. That is, say when the defrost setting is used. Air come out of the defrost vent. Or floor air when the floor setting. Etc etc. Then it sounds like the control panel is working. But in a 23 yr old truck. Im sure the freon charge is low or gone. There is a low pressure switch. Under hood, usually located on a ac hose fitting. That switch wont let the ac compressor turn on. If the amount of freon gets low. It's so expensive parts such as the compressor dont burn up. Depending on low long the ac hasn't worked. You might just need a diy recharge. Go to the store an ask. They have several product to help. Or more likely a repair shop visit. If its been a while.
