10-23-2021 called for taxi in Marysville, boy I talked to says 20 minutes. It's very unprofessional to tell a person you will arrive in 20 minutes and never show up. This is the 2nd time this has happened, if you can't make it maybe return a phone call and let em know!!

Hanging up on a customer who has a legitimate service dog is absolutely the rudest thing that can be done. My friend was stranded in Arlington with a bag of groceries that was ripping, only one arm that functions and just needed a ride home. She called multiple taxi companies, including Eagle Taxi, in which all hung up on her when she explained that she had a service dog. She has official paperwork, including a Doctor's note she carries on her at all times proving her need for a service dog. This dog is well behaved and professionally trained. This kind of customer service is appalling!!! People should know that this company discriminates against disabled and people with special needs. If it's against policy to take service dogs, then at least explain that to your customers instead of rudely hanging up! I'd give the rating a -10 if possible. 1 star sounds too good! Uber was more than willing to help her out!

DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE SAFETY. Very unprofessional. When he pulled up to pick me up in a busy parking lot I pointed to the side and told him if it was easier I would meet him around the corner. He sped off around the corner. Then when I got loaded in the taxi he sped off jerking me and my stuff around the corner. That happened mulitiple times. Once we got to my home he was upset that I payed him with a card and was cursing under his breath.

Avoid this taxi service at all costs! I’ve used taxis for years and this is the worst company I’ve seen on the street. Completely unreliable. Car was well below standards for the industry (no meter, non working console guages, dirty interior) and I almost missed my flight to the airport because I decided to try this service. Taxi was 2.5 hours late to pick me up for a Sea-Tac run! Driver was likeable, apologetic and polite, but had a ton of excuses for being late. The gold standard across all taxi companies nation-wide is to be on time for a scheduled pickup - if they can’t deliver, don’t use ‘em.

Those complaining about no answer to their calls or driver not responding to you is because these numbers and or adresses are black listed for no service due to prior taxi service reports from all combined Taxi Cab services in the area.

Another business trying to shun its complaints with utter lies. There are other companies (2) that are good and I've come to rely on them. If you admit to a blacklist then I reply with my attorneys for you are segregating me and listing me as a trouble maker. That sir is defamation of my character. I only tell the truths in my reviews. Now answer your phone and do the public service the city licensed you for. Thank you.

I would recommend using uber, on the app you can choose your ride and different drivers have different costing amounts.
