This company is a joke. They came to repair my new washing machine. Tech took a cover off the back and said it was fixed. After he left it was doing the same exact thing. Looked behind the washer and it was clearly and obviously a damaged unit. Was promised for two days that someone would be back and call me, NOTHING! Have still not had a call! No washer for two weeks! Had to go buy a new machine and now waiting for the old (new) one to big picked up! Do not rely on this company!!! Most unprofessional and undependable company I’ve ever worked with! Amazing companies like this are even in business!

Home warranty scheduled a visit with this company. The company made and appointment for the next day (per the terms with my home warranty). They never had an appointment for that day and didn't call us or email to reschedule. When we did they weren't available for another 2 weeks. Which violates the term of the agreement with my home warranty but would not send the service call back to my home warranty to allow me to get a different company. Customer service hung up on me twice. ~in response to the owner. I don't have Facebook and nor would I use it to communicate with a company about a professional service.

No stars, but I couldn't post unless I selected a star so I gave one star. didnt fix the problem said I dont keep my freezer door closed which is causing the refrigerator to keep the temp at 60 degrees i told him that is not the case. Had to reschedule maintenance again they r literally 2 weeks out for apt. The first two week apt they cxld and reset my apt 2 weeks out we r going on 6 weeks now no kidding still trying to fix the fridge and i am losing groceries at this point i am putting freezer packs in my fridge to keep my food cold. I want them replace this fridge which is less than 1 yr old ridiculous I will never buy from sears again .

Terrible service. The tech kept asking for money even tho it was paid for. He kept rubbing his fingers together saying are you sure you don't have any cash for me. Then after he looked the washer over and told me what it would cost I had to call Sears to get an official quote. When I spoke with them they said that they don't have any quotes because a tech never looked at the washer. It was reported that I turned the tech away.
