four Day fireplace, I Went in there to get electric fireplace, very professional staff explain different ones they had I told them what I wanted they had exactly what I was looking for realistic is what I wanted the one I got was perfect, they came out did measurements, had a custom frame around it made something was wrong with the frame wasn't properly made by the manufacturer, they corrected the problem made me a brand new one came out in a timely manner and put it in extremely pleased with their professionalism, the installers that came in were very professional and polite, I would recommend this business to anybody looking for a gas or electric fireplace insert. It was a super smooth, straight forward experience,from consultation to the end! during this process the team spent sufficient time to brain storm with us to help me find a solution that fits my needs and budget. Eric was very knowlagable and very well informed. Chris was super prompt and very professional and he scheduled us accordingly and every time I reached out to him, he followed up super fast and very efficiently. Ian and Austin did an amazing job with installtion. They were, on time, clean, pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, professional and knew what to do and how to do it….The install from start to end was smooth and on point.

Highly recommend 4-Day Fireplace Eric helped with the selection of fireplace and design based on our interests. Was very patient and he encouraged us to really take our time in the process. Not pushy sales - The crew that actually did the work in our home we’re fantastic! Very respectful Joe was the lead on the crew. Eric called every day to see if we were pleased and everything was going okay. The screen was missing and the stainless surround damaged; Eric is taking care of the warranty and will be getting the missing pieces shortly. I’ll update the photos when that comes in.
