The first time I came into this Discount Tire to drop off my vehicle I received poor customer service, when I returned to pick up my vehicle I had a different employee help me & this employee has earned my business since. Corey who I believe is a manager provides excellent customer service without fail & is a problem solver! Any time I have needed a rotation, new tires or an inspection I have trusted Discount Tire because Corey has gone above and beyond each visit. I highly recommend coming to this location. The customer service here was impressive enough for me to leave a review and I hardly ever take time to leave reviews. Wife’s car was stuck on the side of the road with a flat and a lug wrench that didn’t fit the aftermarket wheels so I came here and the Jeremiah lended me a socket that fit and gave me a lug for free (got one stuck in my socket set). Anyway, I went back, got the wheel off, brought it back in to Discount, and I was in and out in 20 minutes with a new tire. These guys were great.

They were very kind and informative. I will admit that I brought a guy with me to make sure that they were fair with me, but long ago I went here with a gal and they still gave us a good deal. They covered the installation and balancing of the tires and gave a pretty good warranty, so I would say this is a pretty good shop.

Excellent service! Came in while on a 15,000 mile road trip for a tire rotation. They had some bad news for me which is not easy to tell a customer (a previous brake shop messed up my wheels by not tightening my lugs). Jeremiah was helpful and went above and beyond. Got me some replacement lug nuts for free and looked up some parts for me, even though they know I'm leaving town and will never see them again.
