I'm not sure about you mousey fur baby, but they are reasonable and will do all they can to help. They are caring, compassionate people and your mouse will have the best of care. Good luck.
When I brought my hedgehog in and she was really sick, they were so good about asking what my budget was and making sure I knew exactly how much everything was going to be. They were all so nice and compassionate as well.
