They have both. Go for the free tasting. You can sample wines on their set list. I ended up buying a Burgundy, which was a sweet wine for those that do not like a dry red wine. I like both so this one was pretty good.
We have both types of wines, but our patrons seem to feel our wines are more mellow overall; as they are perfectly balanced, from our Chardonnay, which is typically on the dry side, to our Serenity, which gives you a hint of sweetness; to our Harmony, giving a nice sweeter and floral effect. As we move to our reds, our Merlot is a little heavier dry red, with hints of tart blackberry, with the taste of oak. Cabernet is oak-free, and also on the drier side. If you like sweet, our sweetest wine is our American Burgandy; too dark to be a rose, and not dark enough to be a bold red wine.
Our award-winning wines are generally smoother than most, as the majority are processed in a stainless-steel barrel as opposed to oak. At this time, we have 6 different arrays of wines from sweet to dry to choose from.
The merlot, on the other hand is a wonderful dry wine!
