Went in to mail out a flat rate box. The clerk said I would have to buy my own tape to tape that priory flat rate box shut. They in fact do provide the tape everywhere else in America, but this clerk didn’t feel like she wanted to do her job at the end of the day. Thanks for being unhelpful and worthless. 👍 Don’t use this post office location unless you’re mailing a letter. The clerk can’t handle doing her job.

I had a scheduled appointment for passport, arrived a couple minutes early, the woman assumed I was late because no one was in the window. I told her I was waiting a couple of minutes, she was rude, and it is not the first time that she has a nasty attitude, but this time she really got under my skin. She said she had to reschedule my appointment because my daughter was outside (it was her appointment) I told her I took her out of school to make it to her appointment. She said I could go to Boulder City or Las Vegas for an appointment! like really!!! I am disgusted with her poor customer service, if she hates her job, she should not work there, there are so many people that would love her job. Angry woman,

I hate leaving bad reviews, but based on other reviews, I'm not alone with my frustrations. Over the last year, I've had 10+ packages misdelivered. Sadly, I've been keeping track because it happens so frequently. I don't even order things that often anymore because I know there's a good chance I'm not going to receive it. At this point, I pay extra for shipping so it comes via FedEx or UPS instead, if that option is available. Honestly, I wouldn't mind a delay in package receipt if it meant I would actually receive it. Pahrump USPS needs to be more proactive about all these issues we're experiencing... because clearly, it's happening to a lot of people.
