Did you recently move and not register your new address with them?

I'm tired of my carrier. I've complained in person twice. To two different supervisors. This carrier does the downtown Watertown run & part of the Northside where I'm at near sacred heart. She is worthless. Complaining gets me nowhere. Somedays she don't bring our mail till the following day. How do I know you ask. Because the pile is unbelievablely thick. She's turned us in for having snow on our steps in the middle of a snowstorm. Yet city code says anything over 4" must be cleared only after the storm has ended and even then the city gives you 24 hours from that point to do so. She looks for reasons not to deliver our mail because we have alot of steps to our mailbox on our porch. Not our fault. It was that way long before alot longer before we bought the house in 93. Our carrier is lazy. So much so she doesn't even deliver packages on her own route. They send someone else to do it. I hope the postmaster reads this & removes her. I live in the 300 block of Gale St & want her gone

Call the number that comes up for it when you search and they will give you a direct number. I threw it away sorry.

You would use your 911 address. That would be your house number along with your street, town,state and zip code.

This is true... it's considered non machinable. Also if it's over 13 Oz you won't be able to mail it from your house you have to go into a Post Office and mail it from there.
