My son's birthday present along with a couple other items were transferred to the JC post office 4 days ago. Still hasn't been delivered. My son's bday has now passed. Asked the mailman, he said he'd look for them, and I haven't heard anything else. Don't understand why it's so hard to deliver our packages.

I have had other people's mail delivered to me and vice versa. However, the first week of July a letter was sent from my disability and returned as "undeliverable". I was surprised as I had been receiving mail on a monthly basis for many years and now my mail is being returned as "undeliverable" except for the junk mail. I reside in Grandview Plaza.

Once your package is exchanged from another carrier...they hoard your packages and deliver at their convenience. Thought messing with intrastate mail was illegal and a felony...guess not if you are USPS

I would go with UPS or FedEx for international, it's cheaper
Well, I would find a box, at maybe a box store, to fit guitar very well...then use LIGHT packing material, completely surrounding and protecting your delicate package. Then, when you take to post office, theyy will go by Wight and size, so It may cost around 25 to 55 dollars, then 10.00 for every hundred, after 200, in insurance, to cover cost of guitarJUST IN CASE, something happened during delivery. Trust me, it is by far worth the insurance money...it will give you a piece of mind, that is priceless!!. Hope that helps!!
