I came for my son because something fell on his head. I ended up waiting 3 hours for them to pull us in a room, waited 30 more minutes for a doctor to come and go in 1 minute. Saying that he past the observational period and they couldnt do anything.
Nurse “RN/BSN” 7
I’ve been a nurse for 2 decades, and working at this hospital was a nightmare. Dana Williams NP, was hateful, mean, verbally abusive, and nasty. Called the office staff “psycho” and would show up late EVERY morning, causing the patients to be angry and the nurses had to cover for her. Horrible place to work. Just horrible.

The nurses, are nice the problem I have is with a male doctor, in alpha care the moment I told him, what’s wrong with me he acts like he doesn’t care or it’s not a big deal he questions me about the pain in a sarcastic tone, even asking for a doctor’s note annoys him. He just wanted me out of that room as quick as possible. Not even sure if it’s racism or he just doesn’t like me idk.

I'm getting copies of my files and finding a family practitioner in Manhattan. The doctors here do not want to figure anything out. They ask you questions and put you out without any answers
I would call the hospital to ask since they'd have a more accurate answer.
No
Opens at 6AM M-F
They were managed by Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) of Plano, Texas in the past. I noticed that they are no longer listed as one if their hospitals, so I don't know if they still are. If so maybe they will improve. CHC hospitals are all incompetent and crooked, I barely escaped with my life from one (in Jonesboro Arkansas) where they drugged me for three months to collect the insurance money, telling my NOK I was brain-damaged. If they cut ties with them they're better off.
Mask are still required and when you get to the ER or clinics, they will take your temperature and screen you.
Have you called your OB provider?
Not to bad
Not open Saturday or Sunday and they close at 1:30 pm
