We've only been here for a week but for the most part it's been great! Clean & quiet, we are right by the facilities & road. The bathrooms are basic, clean but in desperate need of repair. Our space is wonderful & the internet is the best we've come across in almost 2 months of traveling. Centrally located downtown, close to shopping, casinos & restaurants. We would certainly stay here again.

I have friends that live there, and it's a nice cozy place with plenty of trees for shade, and they have a pool and jacuzzi.

Wifi is always buggy, that's when it works at all (tried 4 different devices to make sure it wasn't just my system buggin,) and electricity is more expensive than it should be. The owners waste more water than any other place in this town that I've seen in years. Most of the water seems to run down the Street making a large pond at the intersection near the entrance of the rear RV Park. The owners have been notified many times over about this tremendous waste of natural resources but have done nothing to remedy the issue. When the water isn't flooding the intersection it's building up in my RV spot to the tune of a few inches deep right in front of my door. I've informed several different employees and written several emails complaining about the sprinklers flooding my area sometimes multiple times a day and have received zero results. Ants are out in force. The area is just covered with them most times. Hopefully they will spray for them soon. If anybody decides to stay at the Best Western RV Park here in Pahrump whatever you do, try to get a spot as far away from the back of the post office as possible! That post office is the loudest place in this whole area at any given time of the night or morning. The people who work there obviously could care less that there's an entire RV Park trying to sleep while the post office employees are doing anything from blasting their music at 2 in the morning to yelling back and forth at the top of their lungs. If you decide you want a spot in the front RV Park make sure you request a spot as far away from the car wash as possible! Speakers at the carwash that instruct people through the automatic wash can be heard clearly 1/4 mile away. I would hate to be anybody staying in that area of the park. The rear RV Park is full of palm trees. What exactly are palm trees good for? Well I can tell you for sure they're not good for RV parks! They make a mess everywhere, they provide a safe haven for noisy pests and they don't produce any real shade. If a more worthless tree existed that they could have picked for this area I'm pretty sure the people who made the decisions about these palm trees would have picked those instead... IMHO the $400 a month (plus electricity) they are charging isn't worth the issues and noise pollution you'll encounter staying here!

At this motel/hotel by Best Western and franchise operated R.V. park, I feel truly blessed. A competent and courteous professional staff manage this property very well. In dealing with the quite striking and very pleasant manager, I'm encouraged to relax and feel well, being taken care of, with consistent care placed on maintenance and up‐keep.... I feel comforted to stay as long as it'd take, for this grey hair to know some white. Thank you ladies, and fine sirs. Keep up the great work. You're all very appreciated. -DK
