Pros: Easy quick online booking. Exam done quickly and efficiently. Nice staff. Cons: Mix up with appointment time apparently so not as great as it seemed. No biggie though. Excess amount of paperwork to fill out. I’m literally in for a 10 minute skin cancer exam but the paperwork took longer than that to fill out. How about only require people to fill out necessary forms. My main complaint though is the lack of signage. There is a sign with the practice’s name on the south side of the building facing the road but the parking lot is on the north side. So once you park you have 4 different buildings to choose from. The sign by the door lists the doctor’s names, but not the name of the business. It’s my first time here and I have no idea what the doctors’ names are. These are almost all medical offices here too!! I had to call to have them come find me!! The next person that came in after me had the same experience. Not a good way to start things for sure and such a simple solution.
