She gets no stars. She refused to acknowledge the diagnosis that I received from there in ,2016. It should have been a simple follow up to complete the problem. All the fighting to be heard was upsetting. She didn't come close to view the problems and didn't touch it. She claims to not be aware of any medications that I was prescribed in 2016. She made no effort to retrieve that info. I will be complaining to my health insurance about the disservice I received. As I'm still talking she proceeded to walk away out of the office.

The customer service is more than horrible. Your male front desk staffer is both rude & short. The wait time was 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment the visit before last and over over an hour after my scheduled appointment this time. I will never return to that office

If they speak Spanish, there are bilingual assistants.
