I don't think so, I did notice about 3 cars in the parking lot that had a dog, or 2 dogs with the windows rolled down, and being Norther California it was quite cool weather. If it's a service dog you can't be denied, but it doesn't hurt to call and ask.
I don't think so but it's so small you wouldn't be in there long you set up your store according to when they're giving them so your dog would not be left alone so long in the car
Yes they are you can even take them on tour but ask not to go to sea lion exhibit because they are territorial.
