I am a stay at home mom, ups has been great till now. Tuesday had a package delivered for my father in law stayed home all day waiting sense it was a signature required. It got delivered while I was tending to my child tried to get to the door in time to sign for it. Nope was delivered without a signature. Hmmm okay Today waiting of a package same thing signature required. Had ups pull up the driver was so quick didn’t even get the door fast enough even tho the driver didn’t knock by the time I got out side he was already pulling away. And no package left, I got a slip saying sorry we missed you sense a signature required but if the previous package said signature required and was just left without a signature why couldn’t this one? The funny thing is it’s the same identical package we purchased 2 things from the same place that needed a signature. Called to see what I could do. Nothing wait till tomorrow and they will try again. So why not have all drivers do what they are supposed to do if it’s a signature required then fine, DONT PICK A CHOOSE WHICH PACKAGE CAN BE LEFT WITH OUT A SIGNATURE AND WHAT CAN NOT BE LEFT WITHOUT A SIGNATURE. Follow your company’s rules don’t pick a choose.

U.P.S. Corporation needs to provide updated service for a community that is growing. Look at the housing market. Everyone shops on line, your workers are trying to pick up the slack. You are not keeping up with current online retail shopping market. We've lost several important medical shipments, and are now relying on UPS overnight air. Having recently moved from a smaller community, I am shocked at the hours Corporate is investing here in Crescent City.

I run a daycare out of my home. From 12pm-3pm is naptime and I hang a sign COMPLETELY covering my doorbell, asking to NOT ring the doorbell because there are children sleeping (7 kids sleeping today!). Just now the local UPS guy actually LIFTED the sign and RANG my doorbell, waking up 3 children!!! How absolutely RUDE!!! A simple knock on the door would have been sufficient!

It sounds like a prepaid call tag. If it says "RS1" in the top corner its a label that can be left with the customer. Just peel the back and put it on the package. Drop it at Mailroom. Postage is paid.

Actually, that depends on the actual sizes of the box(es) and the actual weight. Personally, I have found that 2 very light medium boxes are indeed cheaper to ship, however your needs may be different from mine. I would suggest taking all 3 boxes and plenty of tape to UPS and have them generate an estimate both ways...
