Upon arrival at Ace, I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. I was in search of a housing kit for a whole house water filtration system. I was sent to the correct location where James was waiting to assist me. He was polite, listened to my dilemma, offered his advice, and searched out another associate to get his opinion as well. He offered to carry my purchase as I walked with a cane and accompanied me to the front of the store. Check out was smooth, and I was set to go.
