Very friendly and helpful staff. That being said they have lost me as a future customer. We took our battery into be charged. When we returned to pick up the battery they told us that it was a bad battery and couldn't be charged. We had a feeling that they were just trying to sell us a new battery. So we took our battery to Auto Zone to be charged. They had no issues charging it completely and also had friendly helpful customer service. Good service is awesome, but for me honestly is way more important. Auto Zone has both.

Thanks Reggie for the referral! We broke down and couldn't find a shop that could fit our rig, and Reggie gave us Justin's number. He came out right away and assessed the problem. We'll be getting it fixed on Monday!! Thanks again for going above and beyond. Excellent customer service.
