Without knowing their physical capacity, it is quite rigorous. The view at the top is lovely, we drove twice. Definitely recommend watching the sunset.
There is a number to call for ADA access. I'll attach a photo. This should allow you to drive almost to the top. Views wonderful providing the smoke from the wildfires isn't too much.
