You would think so. But be thankful it is open for us to park at. Parking is hard enough for us like it is.
I do believe that area was state scale. Just left it for a rest stop and probably they can do DOT checks randomly.
Bring a bucket and toilet paper there are plenty of trees..lol

There is a parking area with potty a few miles away. But why do they not have potty s it cost money pay to park and we can have food potty and internet
They put dumpsters there and you see how that's worked out! Port a potty is probably something we would have to petition the state or county for.
