When we arrived the door to our room was open. That made me feel very uneasy. We told the front desk and we weren't offered a different room. The shower did not drain the water and the tub had a ton of mold in the caulking joints. The toilet didn't flush. The lobby looks and smell fabulous but the rooms are old and run down.

lovely lobby. has a bar and small restaurant. they put the coffee pot away after breakfast! housekeeping does not know how to use a duvet comforter cover. the comforter was not secured inside and so slipped down into a bottom corner and was useless. The worst part - the pillows are AWFUL, the worst of any hotel we have stayed at (we travel a lot).

Where to start… the beds are squeaky…the a/c rattles, our room smelled like smoke…the tv is not only small but white lines of static in every channel. The hot water is set to not be very hot. The only good thing I can say is the front desk guy, Cameron, was very friendly and professional. I didn’t ask to switch rooms because I had already unpacked and took a shower. I’m disappointed though. Not sure if I will be able to sleep tonight with the squeaky bed every time you turn over and the a/c periodically rattling..

Enjoyed my three night stay in Conway. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was very good . The staff was polite and friendly. Special shout out to the the bartender Carl/ally inside joke there. She kept me and my groups drinks flowing. LIVE LONG AND PROSPER (another inside joke)
