Absolutely horrible experience. I did not even end up getting a car, the customer service sucked and they told me there was a car available so when I arrived from my taxi and expected a car to be there with my reservation. They said oh actually we don't book cars for the same day. We don't have anything. Cool. So I said thanks for nothing and left. If you need a car go to enterprise, they will not lie to you and make you wait outside for a new taxi in 100⁰ heat.

This Hertz got me on the road immediately after Enterprise wouldn't rent to me without a credit card and out-of-state license on Christmas Eve. Staff is top-notch professional, and they have a nice selection of cars here in Conway. Definitely will be my first choice for car rentals in the future.

Enterprise car rentals kept giving us the runaround. At one of the Enterprise counters they were, as usual, rude and a lady at the Hertz counter heard and called another Hertz location and had an SUV rental ready to go! Very impressed and so thankful for Hertz!
