They get 1 star because they do have great customer service and fair prices but their rooms are nasty!! Wish I could figure out how to post the pictures I took of our mattress, disgusting. I paid for 2 nights, I spent 2 hours there and got my money back and left. Looked like a scene straight out of a horror movie.

This place is awful. I gave 1 star just to write review. So NOT clean. For those that may have warrants, this motel does give the faulkner county sheriffs the check-in list everyday. JS

This place was very bad. The lock on the door was literally duck taped onto the door. Bed had a blood stain that was still wet and completely dirty. Had chicken wire on the ac unit. It’s sad they care more about their garden outside then they door the own hotel. I have pictures to prove everything. We also paid for a week but due to family emergency we had to leave 3 days early and they wouldn’t give us a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

I have to say that the staff here are really nice and very helpful. My air unit wasn't working well, so the first night they offered me another room, or asked if I wanted a fan. I took the fan thinking that would be ok. But it was pretty hot in the room that night. So the next morning I booked the room another night and they asked if the air was any better, i said no. They told me they will put me in another room shortly, but instead they had a whole new air unit put in the room and now the room is very cold. So they were really accommodating and I appreciated that.
